We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please go to the checkout page and add your address to check your eligibility. All of our shipping options include tracking and ship within 24 to 48 hours except for pre-order items which may take additional time for dispatch as clearly noted in the item listing. Orders totaling USD $200 or more are eligible for free express shipping to the following destinations: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Switzerland, All GCC countries, Lebanon and Jordan. Express shipping can take 3-4 business days only depending on your location.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please track your packages. Luxe Lenses is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. The package or a notice of attempted delivery may/will be left at your front door by the delivery courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the delivery courier delivers it. We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by Fedex, DHL or USPS.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee that all contact lenses will be shipped free of any manufacturer defects and will be packaged and sealed in the manufacturer's original sterile vials and box. Lenses from all manufacturers may vary in opacity and color from time to time and cannot guarantee that the opacity of the lenses will not change in time or between the manufacturers' manufacturing cycles or lot numbers.


Customs Duties & Taxes

To avoid unexpected customs fees or duties, check with the customs department in your country about its importation policies. Luxe Lenses is NOT responsible for any sales taxes, customs duties or other import fees charged by your customs department. The shipment time may change according to various circumstances that are beyond the control of Luxe Lenses, and you are required to check the status of your shipment(s) by using the tracking number(s) provided. Luxe Lenses will not be responsible and will not be required to pay any payment or refund a payment, that will be required to be paid by you as a result of any delay or problem with the customs department in the shipment's destination country and/or any other problem that may occur during or after the shipment has reached its destination and any delay before the shipment has reached its destination. Luxe Lenses will not be liable in any way to any kind of custom tax payments that the customer was required to pay in order to receive the shipment when it arrives to its destination. Luxe Lenses can not control or take into account custom tax regulations in various countries all over the world and as a result the customer is responsible for any custom tax payments, or any other payments, as required according to the regulations of the relevant authorities in the destination of the shipment.


Refused/Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not received or collected within 7 days (or 3 attempted deliveries by FedEx or DHL), we cannot issue a refund unless the package returns back to Luxe Lenses. Once the package is returned, all return costs will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover our cost of shipping, return shipping and administrative fees. In many cases abandoned packages are not permitted by customs/import agents to be returned back to Luxe Lenses. Instead they will label the package "abandoned" and send it to be destroyed. In this case we are not able to refund your order and the case will be closed.

If you refuse a shipment from Luxe Lenses, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.


Incorrect /Insufficient Address

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you are responsible for the original shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your order.


Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. This is because we work around the clock to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
