Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our product we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final. All lenses shipped sealed in secure glass vials and once opened they cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Please check the lenses thoroughly BEFORE opening the seal to report any issues or concerns as we cannot accept any claims of damaged and faulty lenses after you open the seal. This is due to the delicate nature of contact lenses. Lens glass vials are clear and you can see the color and condition of the lenses without needing to open it.
Absolutely no exceptions for returns or exchange of opened glass vials are possible for any reason.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. This is because we work around the clock to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
Our Guarantee
We guarantee that all contact lenses will be shipped free of any manufacturer defects and will be packaged and sealed in the manufacturer's original sterile vials and box. Lenses from all manufacturers may vary in opacity and color from time to time and luxelenses.com cannot guarantee that the opacity of the lenses will not change in time or between the manufacturers' manufacturing cycles or lot numbers.
